Chef Tony Boy Escalante’s newest venture, Balay Dako, serves native Tagaytay and Negrense dishes. The second floor of this three-storey building can seat up to 250 people, making it the perfect spot for large family reunions and group gatherings.

Must Try: Antonio’s Ice Cream. Their menu houses unique homemade flavors such as taho, langka, and pineapple coconut!
